For My ALMA MATER My L.I.T. My First love....

Friends, in today’s world searching or thinking only for the job is not the way to achieve an extraordinary achievement. Job just pleases for 3 months, believe me!  The pleasure of the salary getting deposited into an account at the end of the month gives joy but not more than twice or thrice.  Friends I don’t think anyone of you have never played the game of cricket. The joy is not in winning the match but joy comes when you hit the ball and it goes for the six (now they call it achievement motivation) .  We play the game of cricket for this purpose and not for just the sole motto of winning the match. The job takes out the pleasure of hitting the six whenever you wish to hit it. Job kills the innovator within you. Job makes you narrow minded. And in long term job will only give you sense of dependence, sense of restriction and take out the joy for doing something for yourself that is sense of slavery.

             We need to be pro-active and need to manage our own business. My aim through blog is to convey the same message to you. Yes my friends “Entrepreneurship” is that magical word which I mean. And don’t just kip it just a word think about it, don’t just think about it come up with ideas, don’t just come up with ideas act upon them. And see the transformation within you. You would suddenly find yourself becoming more confident, not only confident but also responsible not only responsible but also powerful; Power the ultimate power of thinking proactively and power to convert thoughts into action and power to bring about the change.  Do yourself, do it for yourself, do it for people and do it for our mother India.

           What to start and from where to start is the first dilemma of every budding mind on the path of becoming an entrepreneur. Same is true for me.

           I started meeting people. I talked to them; some responded well some did not. It doesn’t matter. Open the box around your mind. Scan the ecosystem for opportunities. You would find many avenues where you can do something for human race and do something for our mother nation. Money and fame follows automatically. Don’t be blind to the system my dear friends. Each person right from the professors to your friends to a Rikshaw puller tells you something. Talk to them. Talk each person you meet. And you would find the number of underserved or unserved needs. There you go people find the problems; you shift your perception and find the opportunity to find the solution. There goes the entrepreneurial spirit.

        If you have any idea, share with every buddy , every person in the universe have got the different way and alignment to think. Take the opportunity and make the people think. You will land up in the collective wisdom. When people think for your idea; that is the greatest thing you can get done from people. Everyone’s opinion is important because it is the outcome of a thinking pool, a thinking pool which is vivid. A thinking pool which might hate your idea, pool which might not like you to raise; still everything give you wisdom.

       Don’t get married to any philosophy. Don’t think that I am son of teacher, farmer, common man  I don’t have enough exposure to business. I can’t do this because what people would say, my friends would criticize me, People won’t say anyways if you stick to a job. You are not born on earth just to die doing a job. Wake up my friends and join hands with me towards the bright future….
